Penrith City Council engaged Rogers Construction Group to carry out upgrades to two local community centres. The project involved a range of works aimed at bringing the buildings up to compliance with relevant standards and improving their overall functionality and appearance. The first stage of the project involved upgrading the toilets, kitchens, and halls at both locations. This included the introduction or replacement of new floor and wall finishes, joinery, and appliances to meet compliance standards. These works were necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of users and to bring the buildings up to contemporary standards.
The second stage of the project focused on external works, including the construction of louvered utility cages, pergolas, BBQs, new concrete, and handrails. These works were designed to enhance the functionality of the buildings and to create a more inviting and attractive space for users. Rogers Construction Group’s team of in-house tradesmen completed all works to the timber flooring and specialty external cladding to ensure a high-quality finish.
