Anglicare Castle Hill

Rogers Construction Group is proud to be collaborating with Anglicare at Castle Hill on an ongoing project aimed at rejuvenating their esteemed aged care facility. Our team is dedicated to crafting a nurturing environment through a comprehensive refurbishment initiative, focusing on enhancing 18 rooms within the facility.

The scope of work encompasses a variety of enhancements to the existing residential living units. These include comprehensive strip-out of existing units, installation of new floor finishes and paint, introduction of new internal and entry doors, customised joinery solutions, upgrading electrical fixtures and lighting, installation of new plumbing services, introduction of new hot water units, realignment of kitchen/living space elements, creation of modernised kitchen and integrated laundry areas, renovation of bathrooms, upgrading sewer service connections, installation of new window suites, enhancing outdoor spaces with new balcony/courtyard flooring and balustrades, introduction of new air conditioning systems, and construction of new A/C condenser bays and screens at ground level.

 

It's important to note that this refurbishment takes place within a live and operating village, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a seamless transition throughout the project, prioritising the comfort and safety of residents and staff alike.
