Mulgoa Hall
Bathroom Upgrades

The Penrith City Council engaged Rogers Construction Group to undertake a project for Mulgoa Community Hall. The project was part of the Penrith City Council’s Asset Renewal Programme, which aims to ensure that local facilities are safe, functional, and up-to-date.

The project involved both internal and external upgrades to the community hall. RCG began by removing and remediating asbestos from the building, ensuring that the project was completed safely and in compliance with all regulations. External upgrades included the installation of a new metal roof, along with guttering, downpipes, and flashings to ensure that the building was weatherproof and secure. RCG also installed a new concrete access ramp, stairs, footpaths, and driveway, providing safe and easy access for all visitors to the community hall.

Internal upgrades included the installation of new bathroom fixtures, commercial-grade windows, doors, and new wall and floor finishes. RCG also carried out new electrical work throughout the building, ensuring that the community hall was fully functional and up to date with all safety standards. By upgrading both internal and external aspects of the hall, the council ensures that it remains a safe, functional, and inviting space for the local community to use and enjoy.
