Mitchell has extensive experience across commercial and residential new developments, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
He takes a proactive role, driving the strategic implementation by the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Luke Newson
Pre-Construction Manager
Understanding the needs of clients is Luke’s core focus. With over 20 years’ experience across industrial, education, aged care/retirement living, sectors, he has successfully managed construction, refurbishments, and fitout projects of various complexity for private and public clients.
Luke oversees the estimating and bid management efforts within the team with a focus on positive client outcomes.

Ben has extensive experience overseeing a diverse range of projects from inception to completion.
He brings a dynamic approach to managing the team with a strong commitment to safety. He fosters strong relationships by aligning team efforts and client expectations ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, with a focus on safety and quality.
